Chris & Zee Roman Baths, Bath
Ive lived in Bristol for just over a year now and Ive been down to Bath a couple of times but I've never got round to visiting the Bath Pump Rooms. So when Chris and Zee told me they were getting married at the Roman Baths, naturally I was excited to finally get to visit and take photos there with a lot less people than norman. The challenging thing about the Roman Baths is that they are open to the public during the day which means you either need to have the ceremony in the morning or in the evening which can make it hard with natural light depending on what month of the year you are getting married there.
Ive never photographed an Indian wedding before, so this was a fun one for me! The day kicked off with a first look at the famous Royal Crescent in Bath where Chris was waiting for Zee and then we wandered through Bath for a few more photos before Zee went back to the house to get changed in to her second wedding Dress.
The Roman Baths is an epic venue to get married in and I loved the challenge of shooting in the dark light, its truly a magical venue. The ceremony was small and intimate with around 40 guests who had come from around the UK and a few from Poland. There was tears and a whole lot of laughter!
Best dance moves award has to go to Zee's Dad who did not stop dancing and got the dance floor going!
I absolutely loved being Chris and Zee's Roman Bath's wedding photographer and thanks to Toby Mitchell for shooting alongside me!
